ADHD is still surrounded by stereotypes and misconceptions.
Children are often told they’re just “too lively” or “badly behaved.” Adults hear that they’re simply disorganized, unfocused, or lazy. Too often, diagnoses arrive late, leaving people with a sense of doubt, shame, or inadequacy.

But ADHD is part of neurodivergence – a way of describing natural differences in how brains work, alongside autism, dyslexia, Tourette’s, and more. Being neurodivergent doesn’t mean being “wrong.” It means being different. And with the right understanding, tools, and strategies, these differences can become strengths.

This workshop is designed to help you:

  • Understand ADHD from both a psychological and practical perspective
  • Recognize challenges while uncovering hidden resources
  • Experience hands-on tools that support executive functions and self-regulation
  • Bring new practices into your daily life, classroom, or professional work

What you’ll experience

  • Discovering personal resources and strategies for well-being

Led by Tiziana Pozzo (Music Therapist, Founder of the Music Tree Approach – ADHD Diagnosed in adult life)

  • Experiential music practices to connect with your body and attention
  • Circle Music, vocal improvisation, and body music exercises to train focus, coordination, and emotional regulation
  • Direct experience for participants to “feel” executive functions at work through music

Day 2 – From Theory to Practice

A continuous flow between psychological insight and music-based practice.

  • Circle Music games and activities designed for children and adolescents
  • Practical tools for music teachers and educators to manage energy, self-regulation, and group dynamics
  • How to intentionally use music to strengthen executive functions (attention, working memory, impulse control, flexibility)
  • Real-life strategies for classrooms, families, and daily life

By the end of Day 2, you’ll walk away with:
