What can I say….Flavia is amazing with our son. We met Flavia through Snowflake ABA school for Autism as our is on the spectrum. We took her on boar for his home ABA sessions, that was just over 3 years ago and we have never looked back. Flavia has helped our son in so many ways he’s developed in leaps and bounds. An angel in our eyes as she is able to engage with our son in all areas. There is never a dull session, our son looks forward to seeing her. I have known Flavia since June 2016 when she began working with a student as an ABA tutor on a part home-part school programme I consult on and after one year as an ABA school shadow, she went back on the home programme, due to external commitments. Her performance in both workplaces was optimal: she already had her personal training and experiences and she was able to develop her knowledge further as she actively participated in the training that was provided by us. I can happily say that Flavia is reliable, professional, and is able to use her own initiative to resolve any issue that may arise in her working life. In addition, she is knowledgeable about Neuroscience and Psychology, having obtain a BSc and Master in both of them.
