Resonance retreat is coming back with a new dress ✨

You’ll step into the hills of Italy, surrounded by silence, song, and open sky…
and before the retreat even begins, something inside you will soften.

But Resonance 2026 is not only about atmosphere.

It is about depth.

Every day, you will work closely with me and Tiziana for at least three hours on pedagogy, psychology and facilitation.

Not passively. Not theoretically. Practically.

We will look at your posture. Your voice. Your movement. Your language. Your timing. Your structure.

You leave Resonance more grounded and more precise at the same time. Not just inspired but aligned. Because what happens here is not only emotional. It is embodied and practical.

You leave having been fully seen in your competence, your vulnerability, your doubts, and your ambition. And something shifts. The quiet question of “Am I too much?” or “Am I enough?” softens, because you now have evidence. You have practiced leadership. You have refined your presence. You have experienced yourself facilitating with awareness.

You return to your work with clearer sequencing, stronger pedagogical direction, and a deeper understanding of your role. You carry practical tools, refined frameworks, and questions that will continue to guide your growth long after the retreat ends.

And you do not leave alone.

You leave with a circle of teachers, therapists and facilitators who understand the responsibility of holding space. People who have shared the same intensity, the same courage, the same commitment to doing this work well. A community that will continue to support you, challenge you, and celebrate your evolution.

Resonance 2025

This is not simply the end of a retreat. It is the beginning of a more conscious way of teaching, a more embodied way of leading, and a deeper trust in the professional you are becoming.

Here is how it will work:

Group 1 – Advanced Music Tree / MLT Teachers
If you have already studied Music Learning Theory, the Music Tree Approach, or MTTT, you will go deeper.
We will refine your facilitation. We will question your choices. We will analyse structure, sequencing, flow, executive functions, language, and intentionality.
This is not repetition.
This is evolution.

+ FACILITATION OPPORTUNITIES

Group 2 – New to MLT & Music Tree
If you have never formally studied MLT or the Music Tree Approach, this group is for you.
You will build foundations.
Audiation.
Improvisation.
Flow to coordination.
Narrative structure.
Pedagogical clarity.
You will understand not just whatto do — but why.

Group 3 – Non-musical Facilitators
Therapists. Psychologists. Speech therapists.
Yoga teachers. Dance teachers. Educators.

If you are not primarily a music teacher but want to explore facilitation through improvisation, relational dynamics and embodied practice – this is your space.

Because improvisation is not about music only.
It is about presence.
Regulation.
Listening.
Leadership.

PLUS…

Vocal improvisation

Unlock your voice and body’s natural rhythms to deepen your connection with yourself and others. Singing and movement will become vessels to open the path to your inner dreams.

Improvisational theatre

Inviting you to step into spontaneity and embrace the unknown. Through creativity and play, you’ll build confidence, deepen your presence, and uncover new facets of yourself. It’s a space to connect, express, and rediscover the joy of being fully in the moment.

Cooperation music and drum

In these drum circle sessions, experience and technique grow together.

You won’t just play — you’ll learn how to facilitate. Through pulse, call and response, layering, dynamics and improvisation, you’ll develop concrete skills: how to build cohesion, regulate group energy, lead with clarity, and step back without losing direction.

At the same time, the circle becomes a mirror. As you listen and respond, you start noticing your patterns as a facilitator — where you hold, where you rush, where you hesitate.

Alongside the playing, we open conversations about group dynamics, leadership and real classroom challenges, translating rhythm into practical tools you can immediately apply in your work.

This is not only about learning rhythms.

It’s about learning how to hold a group — with presence, confidence and intention.

Time to reflect

You won’t be alone on this journey, I’ll be with you as a professional psychologist and I will be available to guide you through moments of reflection, offering insights and support as you process your thoughts and emotions. Let the environment and expert guidance inspire you to listen to your needs, recharge your energy, and find clarity in stillness.
