In every classroom today there are children who struggle.

Children who are labelled: difficult, distracted, very shy, hyperactive, naughty…

But what if those behaviours are not the problem? What if they are messages? Messages coming from a brain that processes the world differently.

Messages coming from autism, ADHD, sensory overload or developmental differences.

The reality is that many teachers are facing neurodiversity every day — often without the tools to understand it.

And this is where frustration begins: frustration for the teacher, for the child, frustration for the family

And the classroom slowly becomes a place of tension instead of learning.

To truly understand neurodiversity, we cannot look only at children’s behaviour in the classroom.

Neurodiversity is not simply a list of traits or challenges. It is a way a person experiences the world, develops, learns, regulates emotions, builds relationships and navigates life over time.

In this mastermind we will therefore not focus only on childhood.

We will explore the broader picture of human development, looking at how neurodivergent individuals grow, adapt and move through different stages of life.

How the mastermind works

The programme lasts 4 weeksand takes place inside a private Telegram learning space and on Zoom.
