Cancellation/notice:

If you need to cancel your session please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. You can send me an email to my personal address, I usually have access to it in every moment of the day. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charges.

Illness or Emergency:

I know that sometimes a sudden illness or an emergency can prevent you from giving 24 hours cancellation notice. In this instance, I will use my discretion and if the circumstances are sudden and out of your control I will work with you to reschedule your appointment within the same term without charges.

Health & Safety:

There must be at least one parent/ carer around in the house throughout all sessions. If your child has any medical conditions or special needs, it its important for me to know this in advance.
