The real problem today is…

Let’s be honest on this: now days we all face the same problem.

If you walk into your class and it feels like all your students have ADHD…
(no, that’s not statistically possible)

If, while you’re speaking, your students turn around, talk to each other, move constantly and don’t seem to pay attention…

If you feel like you always have a thousand things to do in your day and you’re overwhelmed…

If your projects don’t take off because you can’t give them the attention they need…

If you walk into your home and your children don’t even look up, or your partner leaves their phone on the table…

If, while watching a series, you feel the need to scroll Instagram…

Then you already know that right now we are facing a general attention problem – one that affects us cognitively, emotionally and psychologically.

From the bottom to the top of our society.

So how do we deal with this?

(Keep reading because I have a surprise for you at the end!)

Attention feels more fragile, more scattered, more difficult to hold, and the more it slips away, the more we tend to react by asking for more of it, by trying to control it.

But that doesn’t really work.

At some point, especially in your sessions, you realise that attention is not something you can demand. Not with rigid methods that are hard for your students and event harder for yourself.

Attention is something you need to understand.
It starts with becoming more aware of what is happening in you, first, and then in the people in front of you.

It’s about learning to read a group, to notice when attention is drifting, to feel when something is no longer engaging,
and to respond from there instead of forcing your plan to continue ✨

From Monday 27th me and Tiziana are bringing back MUSIC RECIPES – this time dedicated 100% to the topic of ATTENTION.
