Can writing really help?

There are lots of people who are doing, in these days, lots of journaling videos about their daily routine and life. When you were a teenager, you might have kept a diary hidden under your mattress. It was a place to confess your struggles and fears without judgment or punishment.

Probably you are not doing it anymore. Did you ever asked yourself why? Did you ever try to think that when it comes to stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can be a great idea?

It can actually help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health.
